The Toronto Ultimate Club is one of the renowned nonprofit organizations in Toronto. It was created by a group of Frisbee players whose aim was to introduce the game in Toronto.

Leadership entails influencing others to perform their functions in the different capacities to achieve a common goal. Organization and management of human and physical resources is a crucial aspect of leadership, as it determines the success of the organization (Weihrich et al., 2010).

Unlike people who learn how to love and be compassionate, my gifts are natural and I was born the way I am. Thus, the gifts I offer to the world are love, care and compassion. In return, I hope to receive trustworthy friends, a good family, and contentment in order to be happy.

I remember well that summer day from my childhood when we played with Mike in the yard. It was hot, and the air was hard to breathe. We sat down under the tree to hide from the burning sun. The slight wind tenderly touched the leaves and they produced a charming melody. We did not talk to each other, just listened to those fascinating sounds.
